In 2017, DEMIX set out to simplify time tracking and payroll management while improving information flow between the field and the office. The team was looking for a solution that could enhance data reliability, centralize daily logs, and provide better visibility into the actual progress of jobsites.

The initiative came from within: Martine Beaudin, a DEMIX employee who had previously used Civalgo at another company, recommended the platform. Convinced of its potential, she led the internal implementation.
